Much more accuracy in 3D rendering

Building Information Modeling or BIM has a great use in the realm of rendering for it helps to create the rendered image with more accuracy. BIM model can efficiently specify the total number of cabinets, the counter-tops, the lighting fixtures, and the number of drawer pulls, handles, legs and grommets. A BIM model incorporates detail to a large extent. So, in a way, BIM generates accurate and detailed images to showcase how each element of the area fits into space and how they seem. It helps to analyze a retail design, the design of the shopping malls and the departmental stores. How the different elements of a given space interact will be showcased by the 3D view or 3D visualization.

If you want to depict the space realistically, then 3D rendering will be suitable. Executives of the space can have a final view of the site to give approval. So, it is important from the point of project approval and marketing as well.
